Sticky Notes – How to backup/restore in windows OS

For Backup
Start -> Run and type %AppData%\Microsoft\StickyNotes to open the “Sticky Notes” folder.

Copy the StickyNotes.snt file to another safe location for future use.For Restore
Same way open the “Sticky Notes” folderlet’s say, you formatted machine and StickyNotes folder NOT found, then create a dummy sticky notes 1st (Navigate to Windows Start and search for sticky notes, then create one dummy note), then the refresh the Microsoft folder. 

Copy the existing StickyNotes.snt file back to the Sticky Notes folder [replace the newly created stickynotes.snt] and you are done!
